Great experience for our mother . She was there for a respite stay. Everyone was very nice. Very nice place if you need respite.

(Former employee)The company is full of lies and misinformation. 1 first off they aspect you work for as little as $13-$14/hr. The benefit are way over price for the amount of work you. You can talk to management about personal situation but they will tell everyone else before addressing which highly illegal and they can get in trouble with the EEOC. They automatically take out for your 30 minute break that you will not be able to take do to care for the residents. They say they are no lift facility but you will almost injure your self. They don’t care about the resident right if they Refuse to do something. They force to break the resident and get upset when correct them about it. If you have to call out you suppose to call or running behind your suppose to call the nurse on duty but no picks up at all than management call you and is very rude and disrespectful. This place needs to be highly investigated. The doctor who Own the facilities I worked with them before and the VA and got them fired for mistreatment of residents. I will be contacting state again and reporting them again. Also if you work to jobs they will get ride of you for working more than one job. Honestly I would not my own families member to stay in this facility. If they try to get rid of my review I have so many diffent emails I’ll keep repost it so the truth can be known

I wanted to share that my mother lived and was cared for at this community for a total of 3 years. The staff here at Jubilee House have always been great and when any issues arose they were always resolved my the management team. In this industry, it is hard to find a god community/forever home that will meet the needs of your loved one, Jubilee House was able to meet those needs. I never shared my review, but as I read several reviews I felt it was time I shared my side of how grateful I am to the Jubilee House team.
